Hi, I’m Bailey.

My path to becoming a holistic nutritionist began in an unlikely place - the panhandle of Florida, where healthy food options were scarce. Despite this, I was fortunate to have a mother who instilled in me a passion for nutrition from a young age. It wasn't until I faced my own battle with mental health that I truly discovered my calling— nutrition. Through this personal struggle, I experienced firsthand the transformative power of anti-inflammatory foods, meditation, and yoga. This revelation ignited a deep passion for helping others heal through holistic methods.

I firmly believe that food is medicine.
By nourishing our bodies with the right foods, we can prevent many health issues and reduce future medical expenses.
